200 g shelled hemp seeds
200 g sunflower seeds
100 g cashews
25 g nutritional yeast
15 ml water
2 g Provence herbs
Hydrate the sunflower seeds and the cashews for 30 min in hot water.
Add the hemp seeds in the food processor and blend for 2 min.
Add the dried sunflower seeds and cashews and blend at maximum speed for 2 min.
Add the nutritional yeast, water and Provence herbs.
Blend for 30 sec.
You can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
