Ingredients

100 g shelled hemp seeds
200 ml water
1 g salt

Instructions

Add the hemp seeds in a blender and mix at maximum speed for 2 min.

Pour in the water and salt. Blend for 1-2 min.

Store it in the fridge and you’ll enjoy it for 3 more days.
