Ingredients

50 g hemp protein powder
6 g agar-agar
200 ml pear nectar
200 ml spinach juice
200 ml plum nectar

Vegan Jelly Candy

If you use freshly squeezed juice for the Vegan Jelly Candy, you must heat it for 5 min and then cool it down to room temperature.

Divide the agar-agar in 3 equal parts, each of 2g.

Mix the agar-agar with every type of juice, then simmer on low heat for 5-7 min.

Cool down to room temperature and mix in the protein powder.

Pour it in candy trays and store it in the fridge for at least 15 min before serving.
