Tapioca pudding with hemp milk

Ingredients

500 ml hemp milk

100 g tapioca pearls

3 eggs

2 Tbsp agave syrup

1 g salt

Instructions

Pour the milk over the tapioca pearls and put them on stove on low heat for 5 min. Beat the eggs and add them to the cooled tapioca. Put the mixture on stove on low heat, mixing all the time. Stop when the mixture thickens ( after aprox. 10 min). Serve hot or cold.
