Ingredients

500 ml hemp milk

100 g tapioca pearls

3 eggs

2 Tbsp agave syrup

1 g salt

Instructions

Hemp Tapioca Pudding

Pour the milk over the tapioca pearls and put them on stove on low heat for 5 min. Beat the eggs and add them to the cooled tapioca. Put the mixture on stove on low heat, mixing all the time. Stop when the mixture thickens (after aprox. 10 min). Serve the HEMP Tapioca Pudding hot or cold.
