600 g wholemeal flour
150 g hemp protein powder or flour
50 g flax seeds
15 g coconut sugar
10 g salt
8 g dried yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil
Mix the flours, forming a volcano with a crater at the center.
Add water, sugar and yeast in the center and let it sit for 5 minutes.
For the HEMP and Flax Buns add the hemp seeds, hemp oil and salt.
Mix from the outside to the center and beat until it falls off your fingers. Add water or flour if needed.
Let it raise for at least 1 h. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Beat the dough for 1 min and form 6 buns.
Put the HEMP and Flax Buns in the preheated oven for 40 min.
