Whole-rice salad with vegetables and hemp oil

Ingredients:

1 mug of whole-rice or wild red rice

3-4 mugs of water

1/2 mug of sweet corn

1 chopped fennel

1 red pepper, cubles

1 bunch of green fresh onion

3-4 spoons of hemp oil

flavors ( basil or coriander, cardamonne etc)

Method:

Boil the rice. Roast the vegetables until they get smooth. For dressing, add one spoon of apple vinnegar,  lemon juice or mable syrup, 3-4 spoons of hemp oil and the flavors.  Mix all the ingredients and serve with the salad.
