Ingredients:
2-3 teaspoons of nuts
1 teaspoon of walnuts
1 teaspoon of shelled hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of flax seeds powder (or flax seeds)
3-4 dried plums without pips
3-4 dried dates, without pips
optional a bit of maple syrup or honey
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix them until the composition remains sticked on the blender wall and the fruits and seeds are totaly minced.
