Ingredients:
1/2 mug of sweet corn
1 big cucumber
1 red onion
Fresh or dry mint
1/2 mug of shelled hemp seeds
4 spoons of hemp oil
4 avocado
2-3 spoons of balsamic vinegar
Peel and dice the cucumber and the red onion. Mix the shelled hemp seeds with the cucumber, the onion, the sweet corn, the mint, the hemp oil and the balsamic vinegar.
Method:
Peel the avocados and cut them in halves. Pay attention to the stone in the middle.
Place the avocado halves on the plate and stuff them with the mixture above.
