Ingredients:
3 spoons of hemp oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 squashed garlic clove
1 mug of tangerine pieces
1/2 mug of fresh parsley, chopped
2-3 mugs of spinach leaves
Shelled hemp seeds
Salt and pepper
Method:
Mix the hemp oil, the lemon juice, the balsamic vinegar, mustard and garlic and leave them stand for 15-20 minutes. Mix the tangerine pieces, the parsley and spinach. Then add the sauce and at the end the shelled hemp seeds.
