Ingredients:
3 spoons of hemp oil
1 spoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon-juice
1 garlic clove
1 piece of fresh ginger
Sea salt
Pepper
Minced herbs: parsley, dill, chives etc.
Method:
Squash the garlic and the ginger then mix with the other ingredients. Add the herbs and stir at the end. This dressing goes well with green salads, mainly with bitter ones as rocket or crisp head lettuce mixed with tomatoes. If you prepare more dressing than you need you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in a covered glass jar.
