Ingredients:
2 mugs of chopped red cabbage
1 thinly chopped onion (or fresh green onion)
1/2 bunch of chopped coriander
1/4 mug of hemp seeds
2 spoons of hemp oil
lemon juice
salt, pepper
Method:
Mix theĀ forth ingredients into a serving bowl. In another recipient mix the following ingredients for dressing and pour over the salad.
