Ingredients:
2 mugs of fresh basil
1/2 mug of shelled hemp seeds
1/2 mug of grated parmesan
3 garlic cloves
3 spoons of hemp oil
Method:
Wash and chop the basil. Add the shelled seeds, the parmesan, garlic and hemp oil. Mix using the blender or a mixer.

Method:

Method
Leave the seeds soak overnight in a covered pot in the fridge. Then pour the seeds with the water in the blender and add water until the seeds are well covered and some extra cm above. Mix ingredients well.
