polenta
hemp flour
Method:
Mix the polenta- 75% of the total quantity with the hemp flour -25%. Use more water than usualy used for preparing the polenta , because the hemp flour requires more water. It remains the standard recipe for polenta .
The hemp flour can be use in recipes for all kind of pasta, cookies, biscuits in a proportion of aprox. 20% . The rest of 80% must be wheat flour or other flours wich contains gluten.
