Ingredients:
2 bundles of parsley, finely chopped
2 diced tomatoes
1 bunch of chives or 1 red diced onion
1 mug of shelled hemp seeds
Juice from ½ lemon and 2 spoons of hemp oil
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and keep the salad in the fridge for half an hour.
