Ingredients:
2 mugs of shelled hemp seeds
1-3 garlic cloves
3-4 spoons of hemp oil
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Sea salt and pepper (optional)
Fresh finely chopped herbs: parsley, dill, mint, basil
Method:
All ingredients are mixed in the blender until a mash results. If the mash is too dry add a little water or oil. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge.
