Ingredients:
2 mugs of fresh basil
1/2 mug of shelled hemp seeds
1/2 mug of grated parmesan
3 garlic cloves
3 spoons of hemp oil
Method:
Wash and chop the basil. Add the shelled seeds, the parmesan, garlic and hemp oil. Mix using the blender or a mixer.
Serve with wholegrain pasta, backed potatoes, grilled vegetables, boiled vegetables, rice, chickpeas, lentils, boiled heather.
