Hemp nuts are hulled (shelled) hemp seeds. Tasting similar to pine nuts and sunflower seeds they are one of the most nutritious foods and can be used for the preparation of delicious and nourishing recipes.
Hemp nuts contain around 30% complete protein, which makes hemp seeds the ideal product for vegetarians, as it successfully substitutes all types of animal proteins.
They are rich in EFAs with around 45% oil and thus can create an alternative to hemp seed oil for your daily ratio of omega 3 & omega 6.
The magnesium and the high-quality proteins in the hemp seeds help you remain healthy during periods of greater work load and help you maintain your balance during stressful situations. Other minerals found in hemp nuts are Calcium, Potassium and Iron.
They are also a good source of vitamin E in the form of alpha-, beta-, gamma- , delta-tocopherol and alpha-tocotrienol.
Their high nutritional values recommend hemp seeds for the diet of pregnant women and women who breast feed. The low carbohydrate content of hemp nuts also makes them suitable for diabetics. Hemp nuts are also gluten free.

We pack our shelled hemp seeds in 20 kg bags so this would be the smallest packaging unit for bulk orders.
Other than that we do not have minimum order quantities. One important aspect is the transportation cost which is higher per kg for small quantities. We can get trasnport quotes for your info if you let us know what quantities you would need for a start and the precise shipping address.
