Hemp & ginger dressing
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-3 inch piece of fresh, peeled ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley, etc)
  • Canah hemp oil (3 tablespoons)

Press the garlic and ginger using a garlic press, and add the resulting paste to the other ingredients. Toss with your favourite salad. This dressing works particularly well with bitter leaves such as rocket or watercress.
