- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-3 inch piece of fresh, peeled ginger
- Pinch of sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley, etc)
- Canah hemp oil (3 tablespoons)
Press the garlic and ginger using a garlic press, and add the resulting paste to the other ingredients. Toss with your favourite salad. This dressing works particularly well with bitter leaves such as rocket or watercress.
