Hemp flour is milled hemp cake and contains a large amount of fibers which ensure optimal activity of the bowels. It has a low glycemic index, while being nutritious at the same time with around 29% complete protein. Hemp flour is gluten free and can be used in baking recipes such as breads, biscuits, muffins and even cakes in a ratio of 5-15% of the total flour quantity. It can also be used in pasta doughs.
