Ingredients:
1/4 mug of hemp oil
3 spoons of hemp seeds
4 mugs of carrots, finely cut
3 mugs of water
1/4 mug of white onion, chopped
1/4 mug of parsley, chopped
1/2 mug of spinach
1/4 mug of tomatoes
2 teaspoons of dry oregano
1 big avocado, peeled and diced
1/4 mug of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of hot chili powder (optional)
Method:
Mix all ingredients besides the avocado and the hemp seeds in a blender until you have a cream. When serving add avocado pieces and shelled hemp seeds on every plate. Garnish with chopped parsley. This soup can also be heated before serving. If it is not liquid enough you can add a little bit of water.
