Ingredients:
2 mugs of chickpeas (kept in water overnight and boiled until soft)
1 mug of shelled hemp seeds
3 spoons of hemp oil
Juice from ½ a lemon
3 – 4 squashed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Method:
Mix the chickpeas with the shelled hemp seeds and the hemp oil in the blender until you have a puree. The other ingredients are added and everything is mixed well.
Serve with pita bread and parsley salad with hemp seeds.
