Ingredients:
4 mugs of cereal mixture moist with a little a bit of water
1/2 mug of shelled pumpkin and sunflower seeds
3/4 mug of shelled hemp seeds
1/2 mug of honey or maple syrup
3 teaspoons of olive oil
Method:
Preheat the oven. Bake the cereals for 10 minutes in a glass bowl. Then add the different types of seeds and stir well. Heat up the honey and mix it with the oil when it is hot. Pour this sauce on the cereals and seeds and stir again. Put the entire composition back into the oven for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool off and enjoy! It can be kept in the fridge for a couple of days in a well sealed jar.
