Ingredients:
1/2 mug of hemp oil
1/2 mug of honey
1 egg
2 mushed bananas
1 and 1/2 mug of wheat flour
1/2 mug of hemp flour
1 teaspoon of baked powder
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 mug of shelled hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Method:
Mix the oil with the honey (into a mixer or blender). Mix the egg with bananas and add them to the composition. Than add the flour, salt , hemp seeds and vanilla. Mix all togheter very well and bake them into the oven heated for one and a half hour.
