Ingredients:
500 g wholemeal
75 g hemp flour
225 ml water (milk)
3/4 raw yeast or dried yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
3-4 teaspoons of olive oil
100 g shelled hemp seeds
Put the shelled hemp seeds at the end of kneading, to keep them undivided.
The hemp flour can be use in recipes for all kind of pasta, cookies, biscuits in a proportion of aprox. 20% . The rest of 80% must be wheat flour or other flours wich contains gluten.
