Ingredients:
3 avocados
1 tomato
1 thinly chopped onion
1/2 mug of shelled hemp seeds
Fresh herbs
Lemon juice
Method:
Peel the avocados, remove the stones and squash them in a bowl. Add the diced tomato, the onion and the hemp seeds. Mix well. Add the herbs and the lemon juice.
The sauce goes well with raw vegetables – carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, squashes, cucumbers, paprika or steamed vegetables. The sauce can also be used for salads.
